Welcome to Emm’s Stems

My journey started as a hobby gardener when I received a clump of Dahlias for my birthday. I lived in a small apartment at the time and grew my Dahlias in large planters on my steps. A few years later I purchased a home on a small parcel of land and got to work transitioning every little space into a garden.

Fast forward ten or so years to 2023 I decided to expand my hobby and focus on my passion, selling Dahlia flowers to local event florists. This exciting journey meant that I was able to expand my garden and the varieties that I grow. Over the past few years I have read every little snippet of information regarding Dahlias, educating myself on sanitation practices, tuber storage, and general care for Dahlias.

Today I grow over a thousand Dahlia plants in my garden and feel confident in the varieties that I offer that both florists and flower enthusiast alike will enjoy.
